Mission Statement

Refugees Are Served Here is a student-led non-profit organization that works to fundraise for refugee families living in the Chicago-land area- to support their immediate and future needs, to help them achieve economic freedom and stability, and to assist in their success in their new home country. Refugees are Served Here is also dedicated to creating connections between refugee and non-refugee families, to ensure that refugee families feel welcomed and supported in their communities. We are committed to creating a brighter future for all of those fleeing persecution, war, or poverty in their home country. It is essential that our community is welcoming, accepting, and willing to help.
